Others offer
- Commission from 19 % applies to each booking;
- You can only share contact details after a booking is confirmed;
- Pet sitters receive their payments and refunds within 5-8 business days after the service is completed or cancelled;
- Vet insurance is not included;
- If a service request is cancelled within 48 hours, there will be no assistance from the pet platform;
- The cancellation policy is fixed and cannot be modified;
