How to be eligible for Bobby the Bulldog’s Guarantees and veterinary insurance?
To ensure a smooth experience, all pet services must be booked through the BtheB platform. Both the pet owner and the pet carer should have active memberships on the day the booking is confirmed.
If a pet carer’s own pet is injured by a guest pet during a BtheB booking, the carer’s pet must be listed on their profile. It's important that the booking is paid for and confirmed before any incidents occur.
A Meet & Greet should take place before the booking begins, and any specific agreements regarding the booking need to be documented in writing, such as through our intake forms.
Pet owners and carers are required to provide proof of the incident, like photos or vet bills, and BtheB must be informed within 24 hours of the incident. Please, email/call or use contact form to inform us asap.
After reaching the vet claim limit, any further treatment for illness or injury won't be covered. However, you can still get coverage for check-ups or follow-up treatments for up to 30 days following the incident.
